The power failure over the weekend was caused by an earth leakage due to condensation on our auxiliary airconditioner unit. This has been fixed and all services have been resumed to normal service.

Core services were down sometime over the weekend due to a power outage. Service has now been resumed and we are investigating the root cause.

Mailing lists were offline due to a mailman configuration problem. This was fixed and service to the mailing list is now resumed.

Migrated svn.osgdc.org and bugs.osgdc.org to a new host, with some disruptions from 1230hrs to 1430hrs SGT. Users should see an improvement in speed when accessing these services.

Installation of our new machines went fine, with some intermittent service disruptions to svn.osgdc.org, bugs.osgdc.org, and mail.osgdc.org from approximately 1530hrs to 1700hrs SGT.

Services have been restored. The cause of the problem was a RAID degradation problem in our host server, which caused a crash. The services have since been migrated to another server, which has been temporarily repurposed for this occasion. How long is this temporary repurpose depends on when we can replace our aging hardware here at OSGDC.

It seems there is a glitch somewhere in our data center. Most of our services, such as bugs, online SVN browsing and mail server (including our mailing lists) are offline. We are working on it and things should be back to normal soon.
